He started his career defending and preserving peace and order in Tanay as a Law Enforcer, Ka Pogi, as he is fondly called, now found himself in a much deeper calling- equipping our local farmers with the knowledge of hybrid rice production technology, as he personally testifies to its efficiency. Florito “ Ka Pogi” Crisostomo was born on September 26, 1943 to the late Zacarias and Hermogena Custodio Crisostomo in Tanay, Rizal. He graduated in High School at the Sierra Madre Institute in 1960 and was called to service at the TANAY PNP Station in 1972, where he rendered service until his retirement in 1999.
